Shipping plants across the country has taken us some time to get right.
However, sometimes factors beyond our control such as weather, or mishandling by shippers lead to plants arriving unhappy.
Fear not, though! Our policy is straight forward -- if your plant arrives damaged, take a photo, and email it to us within a week of delivery at: firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will ship out a replacement free of charge!
